Given that, I hope they don't mind me 'borrowing' the idea!
The Differences:
One very obvious difference is the saturation of the colours. It's obvious just how much more 'faded' and grey looking the blazer is, and the shirt stripes are also much paler.
For the bags and shoes, the SD versions are much more textured. Oddly, the same can't be said for the jackets, in which case the sc one has more shading and highlights. The jeans are different, but not unequal, with the SC version looking new and clean, and the SD version being worn and deconstructed on the hems.
Shape wise, the clearest difference is with the blazer lengths. The pants are slightly different lengths, but barely. The shirts, when not layered, are very different shapes, but with a jacket it isn't as noticeable.
What I Would Buy:
To me, the jackets aren't completely comparable. The length, collar shape, and colour are too different. In this case I think it would depend on the rest of the outfit!
The jeans face the same conundrum as the jacket - they're just different, not necessarily better or worse. But in saying that, the SC versions come in multiple colours, and I feel that the 'deconstructed' hem is already going out of style, so I'd buy the SC version.
True to its name, the SD shirt has big arms, which made it a little bit difficult to fit inside jacket sleeves. This, to me, makes it a much less versatile piece, so I'd buy the SC version.
The shoes have very similar shapes, but completely different levels of detail. But at 20sd, I just can't justify the price, so again I'd buy the SC version.
As for the bag, the SD version is just miles better than it's counterpart, in terms of shape and detail, and at 14sd isn't a bad price, so they get my pick!
